This notice provides you with information about Aero Vino’s privacy policy, and describes the methods we use to collect, use, and store information we receive about you.

Aero Vino realizes the privacy of your personal information which we receive is important. We know that, as our customer, you trust us to protect your confidential information, and other important information you give us. We also understand that you expect us to keep that information as secure as is reasonably possible, and Aero Vino is committed to that objective.

We will never sell or rent your personal information! 

Information We May Collect About You. Aero Vino collects nonpublic personal information about you in connection with providing you with the services that you have requested from us. We collect several types of nonpublic personal information to help us fulfill your needs. These types include but are not limited to: 1. Personal information that you give us (such as your name, address, phone number, email address, or other similar information); 2. Payment information that you give us, including information such as credit card numbers.

How We Handle Your Information. In connection with providing you with our services, Aero Vino may disclose your name and contact information (but not payment information) with our participating associate companies, such as wineries and caterers.  Except for such use of your contact information, Aero Vino does not disclose any public or nonpublic personal information about you that you have provided or disclosed to us to any person or entity outside our company, except as authorized by you, as required to verify billing information with your payment provider, or as otherwise required by law. When a federal, state, or local law requires us to disclose such information, we will of course comply after informing you of the requirement. However, Aero Vino does not sell or rent your information to anyone, nor do we disclose any of your information to marketing companies.

How We Protect Your Information. Aero Vino restricts access to your public or nonpublic personal information to our employees who need to know this information for us to provide services to you.  We may also disclose certain information (excluding payment information) about you confidentially to our attorneys, CPA’s, or other professionals working for us who may need to know such information to provide legal or accounting services to us. Our staff is required to maintain the confidentiality of all nonpublic personal information concerning you. We maintain various safeguards for this information whether in digital or non-digital form, in order to shield it from burglary, unauthorized access, disclosure, duplicating, or other unapproved use.    

We do not request, collect, store, or compile Social Security Numbers of our customers.
