You’ll start this memorable day with a unique perspective of rolling hills dotted with live oak trees, cedar, and mesquite. We’ll follow the Pedernales River and admire views of more than 50 vineyards before we make our first stop at Slate Theory Winery.
As you enter the most unique and impressive underground wine cellar in Texas, you’ll be mesmerized by Slate Theory Winery’s liveable walls, expansive barrel rooms, and luxe tasting areas on the property. Equally impressive will be the moment the first sip hits your lips at this bespoke tasting, expertly crafted just for you.

Winding our way through the region, we’ll board the aircraft to take a jaunt across the Hill Country where you’ll witness distinctive sites like a birds-eye view of Enchanted Rock, a large pink granite dome that rises 425 feet above the surrounding landscape.
Descending on William Chris Vineyards, you’ll discover a tasting room that is both elegant and rustic. With an expansive lineup of distinguished wines and an intimate lunch, you’ll find yourself surrounded by decadence, unable to take your eyes off of the vineyard.

Back on the helicopter, immerse yourself in nature as we soar across and treasure the natural beauty of the Lonestar State.
Our last stop brings us to Arrowhead Creek Vineyards where you will be offered a unique wine tasting experience. The vineyard showcases a selection of wines made from locally grown and specifically sourced grapes, highlighting the distinctive Texan Hill Country Appellation. Visitors can enjoy a range of wines, including their own estate-grown artisanal Tannat and Mourvèdre Dry Rosé. The vineyard is a perfect ending destination offering an ideal setting for appreciating the art of fine winemaking.
