With excitement in the air, you’ll be greeted by our concierge as you reach your designated hangar. Pedernales Cellars, William Chris Vineyards, and Uplift Vineyard are preparing for your arrival.

Whisked away to Pedernales Cellars, our first stop on the tour greets us with rustic charm and Spanish-inspired architecture. We’ll be guided through a flight of exceptional wine, treating your taste buds to coveted, signature varietals. Each sip reveals a story, a narrative of the winemaker’s artistry and unmistakable Spanish-Rhone influence.

The afternoon unfolds as we make our way to the William Chris Vineyards. Authentic Texas wine hits your palate with just the right notes as we overlook the iconic backdrop that is Hill Country. The farm to table lunch thoughtfully prepared by acclaimed chefs will perfectly complement your tasting. You will then be invited to explore the estate’s exquisite wine cellars, where barrels quietly age, preserving the promise of future vintages.

We’ll touch down at Uplift Vineyard, an exclusive 55-acre estate just northeast of Fredericksburg. If you’ve never heard of Uplift Vineyard before, it’s because it is a members-only winery recently purchased by William Chris Wine Company, unavailable to the general public. Deep in the cellar, past rows and rows of aging barrels, you’ll be guided through a tasting of a premier selection of wines hand-crafted by winemaker Claire Richardson. The flavors will envelop you as you swirl, sniff, and sip your way through the vineyard. Catch a final glimpse of the stunning landscape and rolling hills before we lift off one final time.
